It’s never too late to start your new and rewarding career in Care. From supporting vulnerable young children to disabled adults, carers play an extremely important role in our society.
Our Care workers are the heart and soul of G & H Care, and as such, we have a team dedicated to recruiting, screening, and training the very best recruits to take care of your loved ones.
As part of our one week induction, recruits will undergo care assistant training from the very best at G & H Care. Our qualified social care experts will offer both theoretical and practical experience, to equip you with the necessary skills to excel.
After completing shadow shifts with a competent and qualified Care worker, trainees who have displayed the ability to independently give care, will be signed off to begin supporting our clients.
One of the most widely known qualifications, the Care Certificate, will be awarded to trainees who have successfully completed our 12 weeks training courses.
All of our carers have access to specialist in-house training sessions throughout the year. We offer a wide variety of subjects which include: Stroke Awareness, Understanding Mental Health, Advanced Dementia Training, Bereavement, Catheter Care, Personal Care, Feeding, Gastrostomy Care, Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, and many more specialist areas. There is always an interesting course running that you can enrol for.
We’ll be with you every step of the journey, helping you to realise your full potential.
We are a full service home care provider committed to delivering high quality health support services that can be personalised to our clients’ requirements.
